Leasing & Applications

How do I apply for an apartment?

You can apply online through our leasing portal at any time. We recommend scheduling a tour first so you can see the community and your preferred floor plan in person. Our team can walk you through the process and answer questions before you submit.

Standard qualification includes a credit check, rental-history verification, and proof of income. Income requirements are typically 2.5–3x the monthly rent. Contact our leasing office for the full criteria and to discuss your situation — we review each application individually.

A standard application fee applies to cover background and credit screening. Contact our leasing office for the current amount. Application fees are non-refundable regardless of the outcome.

We offer standard 12-month lease terms. Short-term and month-to-month options may be available depending on current availability and floor plan. Contact our leasing team to ask about flexible options and any associated pricing.

Yes. All residents maintain an active renter’s insurance policy with a minimum liability coverage amount specified in the lease, and proof must be provided before move-in. It’s typically very affordable and protects your belongings against theft, fire, or water damage. Your leasing team can recommend providers if needed.
