Porto's Bakery Morning

Assorted treats from Porto's — one of LA's most beloved Cuban bakeries — set out in the clubhouse. A good reason to start the morning in the common space.

Game Day

Dodgers Watch Party

Dodger Dogs, popcorn, and peanuts in the clubhouse. BYOB. We bring the pennants and the Dodgers spirit — better than watching the game alone.

Spring

Cinco de Mayo

Tacos, a margarita machine, and drinks by the pool. One of the bigger events on the calendar — the kind of afternoon that turns into an evening.

Summer

Ice Cream Social

Ice cream by the pool, music, floaties, and inflatable pool games. Summer in DTLA done right.

Summer BBQ

Grilling by the pool and clubhouse. Good food, good weather, and the whole community out in the same place at the same time.

For the Pets

Yappy Hour

A dedicated event for the four-legged residents — assorted treats for dogs and cats. Pets are part of the community here, social calendar included.

Game Day

Football Watch Party

Pizza and wings in the clubhouse screening room for game day. Pull up a seat, grab a slice, and watch with the building.

Dinner

Food Truck Night

A food truck parked in our private garage — one of the more unique perks of a secured underground space. Dinner is handled, no reservations required.

Assorted pastries and fresh coffee in the clubhouse. A low-key way to start the day and run into your neighbors before heading out.

Winter

Holiday Party

Food, drinks, and festive music in the clubhouse to close out the year — plus a gift-wrapping station so residents can take care of presents while they're at it.
